High pay for an internship and great atmosphere. It was their busiest season so there was always something to do.

A longer learning curve. You hit the ground running so it can be hard to adjust to.

Don't be nervous to talk to people. This internship really refined my communication skills and its a great way to practice talking professionally and casually to a lot of different people
