My favorite part of my experience was the team I worked with. InvaGen has one of the greatest HR teams I have ever worked with and taught me so much about working in HR. I was able to get hands on with so many projects and by the end of my experience I felt as though I could take leadership on many of the tasks I was given.
What I wish was different
I wish my internship duration had been longer. I feel as though 3 months was not nearly long enough to learn all the ins and outs of HR but I still think I got as much out of it as possible.
Advice
Learn as much as you can about the Pharmaceuticals Industry! I worked on the administrative side but I was able to learn so much about manufacturing and production from all the people that I was able to connect with during my internship.

What I liked
I am working with this company since last 7 months and I feel that this comapny has a such a positive atmosphere to work in every department. Each employee is very polite and hard working. Al employee always ready to give some important knowledge to interns.
What I wish was different
Everything is very managed in this company, so I don't think to be any different.
Advice
As a Quality Assurance person my advice should be always double check the work and always ready for new challenges.

The amount of time I was there. If I didn't have to leave for school I probably could've stayed interning.
