Managers care about your success, but they also give you the freedom and trust to work independently. No idea is a bad idea here! The culture fosters creativity. We have a kitchen filled with snacks and drinks. Happy hours are hosted regularly, free iced coffee is served every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and breakfast/lunch is complimentary every Thursday. The environment makes me feel comfortable enough to step out of my comfort zone. It's allowed me to be my authentic self and contribute to meaningful projects. I even learned how to code!
