What I liked

The people are extremely kind and enjoyable to work with. The manufacturing process is super interesting, and gave me a really good feel for the industrial setting. The work I did was enjoyable and very manageable.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had talked to more of the other employees here. I found that I primarily communicated with less than ten of the people that worked there, and I didn't end up talking with quite a few of the staff. I would like to add that they were very likely open to conversation at any time, I just shied away from it as they typically had stuff they were going to do.

Advice

Take time to observe the manufacturing process here, and learn how the plant operates. It is super cool, and some of the machines are fascinating. I would also recommend taking the time to talk with your coworkers frequently, as having that relationship makes going to work much more enjoyable.
