What I liked

I liked the communication between me and the CEO of the business. There was structure and also a lot of freedom around what I was able to do. She was flexible with scheduling and tried to tailor my duties to what I was interested in or interested in learning more about. I learned about marketing, thyroid cancer/research, writing an ebook, creating handouts, online course preparation, organization of business projects, virtual cooking demos, etc.

What I wish was different

I wish that I would have been able to do more face to face work with her but we were restricted due to COVID. However, everything was still very effective and efficient. I think it is important to get those hands-on experiences and be able to shadow counseling and cooking sessions.
