What I liked

Company Culture, The staff/office, very good training by leaders/mentors, compensation was great for the type of work I did, felt very comfortable speaking to other office members and leadership about any concerns or outside topics

What I wish was different

Communication of expectations/deadlines (sometimes unclear, not very specific, "broad") - never an issue turning in work but personally would of liked more firm/ clear goals on certain assignments

Advice

Need to get use to an 8 hour desk job - more of the sitting in a chair for hours straight

What I liked

I was able to gain technical recruiting experience and learn from several mentors. The other intern and I were able to make contributions to the office and gain real experience in the staffing industry.

What I wish was different

I wish that the training would've been more structured, and I wish the position was less cold-calling and more in-person interactions with candidates or clients.

Advice

Take a risk when it comes to choosing an internship. Whether you love or hate the experience, it will allow you to grow professionally and learn more about yourself and your professional life.
