What I wish was different
Put together an offer letter on paper and get everything in writing. So much was washed over verbally, and in the future all job adventures will involve written contracts.
Advice
Dress for success. Believe in yourself and your education. Always get everything in writing. Not every employer will be upfront about everything, and it's our job to ask all the right questions. The question you fail to ask, will be the one you regret.
