If you are considering working for KNAPP here are some of the things I learned after talking to them.
There are 2 interviews, first is on phone, then an online assessment, and then another interview on teams with some Java and SQL (They don't tell you its a coding interview but it is).
The new grads get paid $60,000 which is on the lower side and the HR will try to mislead you by stating you will be making $75,000 to $80,000. How? By including per diem in that calculation and by working 50 hours a week. Mon-Friday 9 hours and then Saturday 5 hours. Keeping in mind most companies expect you to work 2080 hours a year not 2600 like KNAPP.
I would advise you to be cautious as they are misleading and they would not tell you this information in the first interview.
