It's very welcoming. Getting to know not only your co-workers but the kids is great. But be ready for crazy days. They'll go by fast but you'll be wiped out!

What I liked
i liked working with kids and providing them with a fun, clean, safe environment.
What I wish was different
The hours were very long, so I wish I could've worked a half-day instead of the full day.
Advice
Every kid is not the same, so treating them as such will be fruitless. Apply this same logic to your family, friends and school life.
