About Lee Company

Leon Lee opened the doors to Lee Company in 1944 with one truck and a goal of servicing refrigeration and heating equipment. His vision for business was focused on people and superior expertise, an element he considered critical to a successful mechanical services business.

That vision has carried on through three generations, as this family-owned company has grown and prospered to a $300 million company with over 1,400 employees.

“Great employee environment and family atmosphere. I worked half the summer with the sales group and half the summer with the engineering group. When with the sales group, I learned how to use Bluebeam Revu to mark up blueprints and learned the basics of budget preparation for small to medium-sized construction projects. When with the engineering group, I learned the basics of calculating heat loads with Trace 700, and I used AutoCAD for HVAC system drawings. I went on job site-walks a few times throughout the summer and got to participate in budget meetings. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and willing to answer questions I had.”
