I have thoroughly enjoyed the content and quick paced work flow that comes along with this position as well as the fact that my opinion is always heard even though I am a fresh graduate new to the industry. Moreover, I could not say better things about the work culture and environment that comes along with working at Legacy Platform as it is a startup company so there is not as much of a "corporate" feel to the office than what you might typically see.
What I wish was different
So far nothing besides more hands on training in the field. That being said this is a hard task to accomplish during the pandemic since all of our sites are all over the country.
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask questions and take initiative to learn more on your own. There is a lot of content to learn right out of school but the team here at Legacy has made it easier by being very supportive to whatever you want to accomplish!
