Interning at Legg was enjoyable because of the people, work and environment. I am grateful to have met colleagues who generously offered their time to guide and support me whenever I had questions about the work assigned.

Be a sponge. my team at Legg offers an incredible hands-on internship where you will be doing actual projects. The people that you are working with will represent every level of the organization from a first-year professional to a partner that has more than 30 years of experience. Stay present and soak it all up. In the same manner, think about what it is you can offer.

I enjoy the Atmosphere and the constant work that I do unlike many other internships where you have projects finish they early in the day and just sit around

Make sure you stay organized and keep track of what your in charge of. Don't be scared to ask questions. They want you to ask questions.

What I liked
The work I did was actually meaningful and challenging. My managers were very interactive with me and still serve as mentors to me to this day.
What I wish was different
Honestly- nothing! The program was fantastic, well-developed, and personal.
Advice
Be honest about what you want out of this program---if you are honest with them, they will do their best to make sure that the work you're doing is something you're interested in.
