I liked the assistance and the independence I got to work on my assigned project. I also enjoyed the insight into the bedding manufacturing process.

I wished there was a bit more hands-on learning.

One piece of advice I would give is when solving a problem, identify multiple solutions.

Always be available to do whatever task is asked of you. Flexibility is very important in a corporate business.
