What I wish was different
It would have been a better experience if the hiring practices of my school were more professional and regulated. This past summer I was paired with a student who was too young to drive or operate vehicles and equipment on-site, so it made the work frustrating sometimes because of the inefficiency of having two personnel on a task but only one able to actually accomplish much of anything.
