What I liked

I liked that it was close to my parent’s house, so housing was never an issue.

What I wish was different

I wish the work environment and culture was better. Lacked diversity, and often times felt work was unacknowledged. Job was pretty scattered so even though I was given the tasks of a help desk technician, it was much more involved with more access.

When looking for a job, ask about the work culture. See how much they value diverse backgrounds and mindsets.
