I loved that I was able to learn on the job and was able to bring my opinions to discussions. The capacity for flexibility and minimal deadlines helps to provide an environment for better work.
What I wish was different
I felt that the Ventures team wasn't fully prepared to have interns this summer, and so as the team went on vacation, they had little work for us to do in their absence.
Advice
Take the opportunity to apply yourself and your prior experience to this and make it better for yourself. If you put together everything you know, you'll be better off.
