The consistency of having a full time job over the summer. I also enjoyed learning how to make bread and see the back of house work of working for such a large company.

I liked the friendly, homey atmosphere and the good work ethic of my coworkers!

We were very understaffed, which meant I had to multitask a lot. That could physically taxing at times.
Advice
When working a long service shift, think about something that makes you happy or excited. This will help you maintain a positive attitude with guests as you get through the work day.
