I really enjoy the general working environment. I enjoyed the variety in the experiences and projects that I was on. I enjoyed the progression of my tasks. I really enjoyed the people comradery among the employees.
What I wish was different
I might have wanted a bit more hands on editing experience, but that wasn't really something that I really pushed for myself anyway. I don't have any real gripes with the internship.

Ask as many questions as possible.

What I liked
This is a truly hands on internship experience. Working with grip and electric gear and assisting with cameras. Great place to grow your confidence and build upon production skills.

More diversity in staff.
Advice
Make sure you match the culture of the internship. This is a very chill environment while also being on task and professional. Everyone operates on the same energy wavelengths. Do in person interview and ask to do a day of shadowing before accepting a position.
