I loved the staff I got to work with. All the campers were eager to learn more about the Gosples. My boss deffinetly cared about his staff better than any other boss I have ever had. If you were feeing sad, he was also feeling sad for you. If you were happy he would be happy with you.
What I wish was different
Staff training was long, but importent for doing the job.
Advice
To live in Fargo Noth Dakota and work (and live) in Idaho all summer took some hard work to leave home, but after being there for a summer I wouldn't have traded it for the world. My advice is to take a step of faith, trust me, you won't regret it.

Advice
Definitely work here. It is the most amazing experience you will ever have. The other staff are incredible and you make so many friendships. Plus you get to hang out with kids and be in the mountains all summer so it is a win win all around.
