Advice
Don't work there.
This does nothing to help your photography skill, your career or even your financial status. You'll end up with a selfish lazy boss who slaps you around, always tries to add your work hours (even though you have a mutual agreement to work for certain hours), always gets impatient at you and keeps complaining.
