The people. The people working there are some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with.
The pay is also pretty good, considering this is an entry-level job.
What I wish was different
The scheduling is okay, but I wish they would give you more time before each schedule. Pretty much everybody gets their next week's schedule on Thursday/Friday so you only have three or so days to change your schedule if you happen to be working on a rare Monday.
Advice
Just keep trying. There's a lot of things to learn, and you will learn what you need to by just showing up to work and trying your best. It takes some time to learn the ropes, but there's no way you can't do this job.
