I liked learning about the process of how peoples' medical insurances work in terms of them obtaining medical equipment recommended to them by their doctors.

There isn't really anything that I would change.

I would say that it would be most helpful to familiarize yourself with the medical equipment and certain medical terminologies to facilitate your work.
