What I liked

I loved the close atmosphere, and the feeling of everyone is their own boss. It was great being apart of an organization that had a clearly defined goal, and the entire staff was dedicated to reaching that goal.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been a little more oversight, and planning ahead before I arrived. I was the first intern they had ever had, and as a result, they had no idea how to use me. That being said I made the best of it and ended up finding work to do for myself every day.

Advice

Know exactly what is expected of you before taking the job. There was an air of we will figure things out as we go and while that mentality works in some cases it does not with an internship.
