I enjoyed that I was able to learn about the factoring business. I worked with different people and learned cross functional positions within the organization. I was always busy.
What I wish was different
I wish the program was a little more structured so that there was a set designation for what interns should be doing at all times.
Advice
Always be ready to take on a new task and learn. Don’t be afraid to ask anyone for help and always take the first step to show you are interested and motivated.
