MCM creates a wonderful work place culture for employees of diverse backgrounds to work towards the same mission statement. The environment and location makes MCM a place to spark ideas not only in the community it serves but within the employees who work there.
What I wish was different
I do wish that this internship was full-time. Instead, it is a part time internship that allocates about 15 hours a week.
Advice
Cherish every moment you are there. You meet wonderful, driven individuals who make the work space feel like a community.
