What I liked

I really liked how everyone who worked there was passionate about what they were doing. The whole community felt like friends. Even though I was working, it didn't necessarily feel like a job due to the great atmosphere and how many friends I was able to make. I also really liked my QA leads, and how they were always there to help me. I never left like an outsider, and they continuously showed how important we (The interns) were to the company.

What I wish was different

This experience was great, I do not have anything that I wish was different.

Advice

This internship is all about what you put into it. If you really try and put yourself out there you will make a lot of great connections, and even friendships, all while having the chance to learn. It is a great start for a first internship, and if you do intern here, you need to be as passionate about what you do, as much as they are.

3D Artist Intern

What I liked

Everyone at the company was so incredibly kind. The work was challenging and everyone had something to teach me. I ended up feeling like I had really grown as a 3D artist.

What I wish was different

Wish I could find a better way to balance school and work

Advice

Go in expecting to learn. This means going in expecting to fail. Don't take critiques personally. The feedback you receive from your supervisors isn't meant to be taken personally. Everyone wants to see you succeed. Lastly, be confident. If you're interning there that means they see something valuable in your skills. Own it.
