What I liked

Some of the things I liked was the pay and my co-workers. I was never iffy on what the schedule would be because we pretty much established it among ourselves, and they offered the full time employees insurance which was great. I had my dental, medical, and vision covered. Holidays were paid time off and they have nice lunch rooms. They also have groups within the company to support personal growth as an employee such as Toastmasters.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had had different supervisors, I found the two that I worked with unprofessional, one of who often left me and my co-worker (there were three of us total) not trusting them, and only resorting to asking them questions if it was absolutely necessary. At times the work was boring and slow (depending on the time of year), which often made me feel like I was wasting my time.

Advice

Life is fleeting, so work somewhere where you can see yourself investing a part of your life. If you don't like where you're working, keep your eyes open for new opportunities & play the field. And, always remember that if you're signing up for health insurance, each company has different deadlines & enrollment periods. Don't wait until the last moment to sign up for coverage, or you may not be able to.
