Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Intern

What I liked

I worked directly with the founder and CEO, which was amazing because I was able understand the ins and outs of the company. I also had a lot of responsibilities, so it felt like I was making an actual impact on the company. Although I was a graphic design and digital marketing intern, I had the opportunity to explore and have input in picking out new colors and materials for the bags.

What I wish was different

We had the opportunity attend many outside of work promotional events, which were amazing. However, these events sometimes made the days quite long. Being able to attend these events were absolutely worth it, but my experience would have been even more enjoyable if I was not commuting.

Advice

Learn everything you can! I learned about things I had never been introduced to as a graphic design major, such as business tactics and supply chain. This allowed me to become a more well rounded and knowledgeable intern for future opportunities.
