What I liked
I enjoyed the variety of activities that we, as counselors, got to partake in alongside the campers.
What I wish was different
I wish the acts of racism and bigotry exhibited by my peers during my time there and after leaving were handle more professionally and with actual justice.
Advice
If you have the option of a job the pays hourly and this one, go with the hourly. The low stipend given does not balance out with the amount of work that goes into this job, neither do the small “bonuses”.
