Residential Support Staff

November 2018 • Allendale, MI

What I liked

I loved getting to know the residents and really connecting with them. That's one of the great things about doing direct care - you're with the residents constantly and are really able to see their progress.

What I wish was different

The available shifts can be inconvenient for college students, but if you only have morning or afternoon classes it can work out pretty well.
