What I liked

I loved how this internship made me feel apart of a team! The training you go through successfully prepares you for your time on the sales floor. Having a mentor alongside you for the summer allowed me to ask questions and learn from all those around me. I was nervous coming in with no logistics experience, but after these amazing 10 weeks I can say I've gained a great deal of knowledge! Additionally, being able to chose between in-person/hybrid/remote allows for flexibility. I would still recommend in-person as you get to experience the company culture on a different level.

What I wish was different

This internship exceeded my expectations!

Advice

Come prepared to learn and work! The more effort you put into this internship the more you will get out of it. Building relationships is a key part of working at this company.

What I liked

I liked the company culture at MoLo. This company really makes an effort to include their interns and everyone is super welcoming. Every person who works at MoLo is always eager to help. I also liked the internship program at MoLo. The program allowed us to shadow people in several different departments to get more hands on experience. We also got to work with mentors on a daily basis.

What I wish was different

I wish the training portion of the program was shorter than 4 weeks.

Advice

Make the most of your internship opportunities. Don't be afraid to ask different people about their experiences because it's the only way you'll learn and find out what you like and don't like about certain jobs.
