Monteverde is a new pasta-focused restaurant coming to Chicago's West Loop in the fall of 2015. Created by co-owners Chef Sarah Grueneberg (Spiaggia, Top Chef, Brennan's) and Meg Sahs (Terzo Piano, Spiaggia), Monteverde will offer guests modern Italian cuisine in a comfortable, approachable setting. Hospitality is a focus of the culture of Monteverde. We are looking for teammates that are passionate, warm, and self-motivated.
