This job was very hands on work and involved a lot of creativity and eye for detail. During my time there, we had plenty of work to do and we had a good amount of various experiences that taught me some new skills. I loved the friendliness of the coworkers and management there. This was a good opportunity to improve hands on skills. There was a base pay with an opportunity to earn commission.
What I wish was different
There was a great amount of heavy lifting, including tricky maneuvers with large equipment. Hours during the summer were fairly sporadic and sometimes long (but you could always have at least 40 hours per week). Some equipment was old (however they seemed to be getting new equipment when I left).
Advice
Work hard, pack a lunch and lots of water, and be ready to learn new things all the time. Work hard and make a great income.
