The culture and environment are very friendly and employee focused. The leadership and developers are very willing to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
What I wish was different
I wish the company would have more face to face meetings between employees. Working as a sub-contractor can leave you with sparse meetings of fellow Morgan 6 employees.
Advice
Come ready to learn and don't expect to stay on one development team for long. Projects and teams get shifted around every 3-6 months.
