Working with kids, spending practically every moment speaking of the Gospel (verbally or non-verbally), seeing campers grow closer to knowing and understanding God, connections with fellow counselors.
What I wish was different
Not as much spiritual warfare, not as busy every single day, more time off on the weekends.
Advice
This is a wonderful experience for anyone, especially if you're going into working with kids. However, be ready for it to be difficult and exhausting. Try to be as prepared as possible (have lesson plans ready, cleaning schedules ready, etc.).
