What I liked

Hours are fairly flexible, just make sure you are hitting your production goal and you wont have problems. They also have an awesome amount of bonus pay is you are willing to work hard and go over production bonus. Overtime is also super nice, most summers there's at the minimum 10 hours of optional overtime.

What I wish was different

It's hard manual labor, I found myself spending a decent amount on drinks like Gatorade on the hot days to help keep myself going. It would be nice if things like that were supplied in some amount.

Advice

It's hard work that pays off. If you show up and hit production goal your life will be great. If you waste time and break things, don't expect to be kept around.
