What I liked

I liked the team feeling. I also liked feeling like I was working at a sophisticated job and that I was making a difference, ethically, in the world.

What I wish was different

I found it easy to get burned out, seeing that my job was to speak with unhappy people.

Advice

This job is a dependable, stable job. However, the issues you deal with on that contact center side of the business can be somewhat draining. Find a way to find enjoyment in the work you do, and develop a great relationship with coworkers and supervisors.
