What I liked

The job was remote and it was a learning experience. A desktop Mac was provided about 3/4 through my time there. I was granted time off, when needed it and had a flexible schedule. Leadership is caring and supportive of difficult situations.

What I wish was different

Hours were sometimes iffy. Too much travel for a remote position. Very little interaction with clients and project management need improvement Too transparent of business finances and created anxiety during work.

Advice

Be professional in the work environment and keep your work/personal life separate. Prepare to be emotionally intelligent during critique, due to the nature of the job. Be a good note taker, most edits are verbally or given in email. Be a continuous learner and will be asked of things to do with limited training.
