What I liked

I enjoyed the dynamic of Neon's team and the flexibility of the working schedule. As an intern, I worked on the metrics and decision model for credit applications and implemented a web app for the underwriting process. I also worked on the UI design for the credit line application, which was also very interesting. Megha and Avee are very supportive and accessible. They care about the team's work experience and want to make sure that I could make the most of the internship.

What I liked

Megha (CEO) and Avee (co-founder, CTO) are really nice to work with, and I spent the summer of 2022 working from creating a loan application screening model to building a web application to host the decision-making process. I also visited Chicago to meet the team at the end of the internship, which is also great!

What I wish was different

I hope more students and users can get to know about Neon, and be part of the team to build good products.

Efficient communication is important for Neon, so definitely reach out the team if you are interested in their roles or have any questions.
