What I liked

I was able to learn about things that I was specifically interested in and choose what I wanted to on within the project I was assigned. The culture of the company was really nice and they held a welcome week event in person for the interns which was a lot of fun.

What I wish was different

Nothing.

Advice

Ask as many questions as possible. Everybody is super helpful and loves answering questions.

What I liked

The challenge. This put to the test all that I had learned in college. I liked the speed and the amount of expectation, and I enjoyed presenting something that I had built to a real client.

What I wish was different

No, everything we did, was enlightening in some form. I put my all into this internship, and I tried to step up as much as I could. I don't think I could have spread myself thinner within the project and enjoyed every second of it.

Advice

Communicate! The first 2 weeks of the internship was completely focused on communication/team building skills. When you need help speak up, but explore all avenues before trying to get answers. When learning a new technology/language, build something with it, it is the best way to learn and you never know if it turns into something bigger.
