The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP) leads and coordinates New Jersey’s counterterrorism, cybersecurity, and emergency preparedness efforts while building resiliency throughout the State. We fulfill this mission by committing ourselves to a professional ethos that is the sum of five core values:

The office is comprised of four Divisions: Division of Intelligence and Operations, Division of Preparedness, Division of Support Services, and the New Jersey Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell, with thirteen bureaus. The Office is primarily housed in Hamilton with a satellite offices in Newark and West Trenton.

The Office is designated as the State Administrative Agency (SAA) for all federal homeland security and preparedness funding.
