I liked working with younger students in the College and Career Lab and helping them navigate career paths and their current and future opportunities based on their passions.
What I wish was different
I don't believe there could be much different! It ran very smoothly for a program composed of 12/13 year olds.
Advice
I would go into it knowing that working with younger students is not easy! So know before you go!

Relatively low demand, good environment, low stress. Really good opportunity to study during down time. Also rewarding when helping someone turns out well.

Try to turn things off and on before you try trouble shooting anything else.

What I liked
I liked the team I worked with, they were very collaborative and easy-going. I also enjoyed the work, I worked primarily with data from the research so it felt very "hands-on" and that I was working directly with the project at hand.
What I wish was different
I wish the training for the work had been more one-on-one and longer, I had zoom meetings with my supervisors to learn about the work and procedures but that's it.
Advice
Don't be scared/worried to reach out to your supervisor(s)/anyone in charge if you need help/guidance, better to receive help than to be left in the dark.
