Very flexible, small staff so it was much easier to get to know everyone in the office. Lots of different jobs to learn about & do. Also freshly baked bread every Friday!
What I wish was different
Not much direction at first, but as time went on, interns took on their own tasks individually and collectively
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions to anyone there! Everyone is very approachable and are more than happy to share their tasks and duties with you. Also try to get to shadow as many people as possible, even if their job is out of your comfort zone. You never know how much you could learn.
