What I liked

-Mentorship -Steep learning curve - lot's of learning -Friendly people -Boss focused on making sure I learned from this internship -Employees always willing to grab coffee and discuss career development

What I wish was different

-Intern programming would have been nice. There wasn't an official program or process in place to ensure intern development, so a lot of it depends on luck, the supervisor, and the intern -Pay is extremely low. Higher pay would motivate interns to put in more effort

Advice

-They're pretty laissez-faire, so you pretty much do as much or as little as you take on. Go out of your way to bond with people. They're fun!
