I liked developing COVID-19 safety guidelines via Workplace Challenge and collaborating with fellow peers on informative presentations.
What I wish was different
I wish that the program lasted longer so there would be more team-building exercises.
Advice
A few words of advice would be to keep track of the assignments that are due weekly and having an open-mind coming during the workplace challenge program.

What I liked
I liked the work environment and my coworkers. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I learned more about customer service and computer hardware.
What I wish was different
I wish I was given a variety of tasks to take since most days were repetitive.
Advice
I would recommend being open to learn. It is highly possible that your coworkers know more than you and your higher ups know more than you guys combined. Although you will learn how to and how not to take care of certain problems, you will need to be open to learning. Otherwise you will keep making the same mistakes.
