I loved learning about how to manage a classroom and what milestones children meet at different ages. This job teaches a lot of responsibilities that you can't find elsewhere.

Advice
When entering a field such as childcare, make sure you have patiences and are willing to learn everything. Try to help out as much as you can and support coworkers through the ups and downs of working in such a challenging field.
