Very Hands on and very welcoming. The company was very accepting of me into the program which allowed me to work very closely with the full time engineers and to be treated as such.
What I wish was different
There were some points where the work lulled down. Its expected at any job however.
Advice
You get out what you put into it. If you work hard and try your best, it will be a very rewarding experience. But if you lollygag and are not motivated, you will not have a good experience.
