What I liked

I like that I was able to be placed at the organization that I completed my internship during the spring semester. I was able to finish my internship and graduate in May 2019. Then I took some time off (about two weeks) to job search, and a month later, I found out about this job opportunity. I did decide to continue my education, and this job/the organization I am placed at, are flexible with my school schedule.

What I wish was different

I wish that I was able to receive overtime and paid holidays. When the organization is closed on select holidays, I do not receive pay. I only get paid for the time that I work and cannot exceed 40 hours.

Advice

If you're in college and looking for a job that is flexible with your schooling and gives you work experience in the social work field, then this is a convenient job.
