I had an opportunity to install hardware, trouble-shoot systems, and work in various locations. QNS provides computer and network support for K-12 school districts throughout central Illinois and Missouri.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have stayed on and just gone to work. This is really the type of job I want. I wish I could have worked more with the servers. That is an area I do not have a lot of experience.
Advice
You have to be prepared for anything. Schools seem like simple places to understand, but that is a lot about them that people do not realize, and they need the same technical support as any business.
