I have been treated as part of the company. I attended conferences with the founder of the company and help to develop the user interface. I managed and built the first windows and mac software.
What I wish was different
I wish, I practiced my coding programming skills since freshman year. I will definitely land a job in silicon valley.
Advice
Computer science and software engineering technologies improve on a daily basis. Getting internships before graduating will increase you chance of landing a good job in the future.
